The Planning Division provides current planning (development review), as well as long range community planning services to the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council. The City of Casper has implemented a new permitting program for submitting applications.  In order to use the service, you must sign up for an account. Once you are registered, you may submit your application electronically here. *** Currently, all fees must be paid separately. Please call (307)-235-8241 to pay the applicable application fee(s) over the phone by credit/debit card, or to get instructions for submitting fees by mail or in person. 

 

***Application deadlines are typically 30 days prior to the monthly Planning and Zoning Commission meeting (third Thursday of the month).  See the link below for specific dates.
