Sports with Santa
December 17, 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Santa will be dropping by the Casper Recreation Complex on Saturday, December 17, so you can participate in your favorite activities with Santa and still have a chance to get those last-minute wishes to him!
Santa will be at the Recreation Center from 3:00pm - 4:00 pm for Sports with Santa. He will then head to the Aquatic Center from 4-6 pm so families and friends can Swim with Santa. Santa is a lot of fun to be around; he shoots hoops, plays air hockey, and rides the water slides, so whatever you like to do, you can do it with Santa! Admission is just $3 per person, and children under 5 will get in free with paid adult admission. Hot chocolate and cookies will be available.
There’s nothing like a photo of you and Santa, in action on the court or in the pool, so be sure to bring your camera!
Holiday Camp
December 23 through January 3, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
For ages 5-11: Children will participate in arts and crafts, games, sports, ice skating, swimming, and more! Register for the full program or one day at a time.
General Holiday Hours at the Rec Center:
The Recreation Center will close at 3:00 pm on December 24 and 5:00 pm on December 31. We will be closed all day on December 25 and January 1.

Casper Family Aquatic Center

Swim with Santa
December 17: 4:00 - 6:00 pm
$3 per person
Join Santa in the pool or watch him on the waterslides! Cookies and hot chocolate will be available. A perfect time for pictures with Santa!
School’s Out Special Swim
Friday, December 23, 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Special $3.50 admission price
Spend your day out of school in the pool! Must be at least 8 years old or accompanied by an adult in the water.

Fort Caspar Museum
General Holiday Hours at the Fort Caspar Museum:
Fort Caspar Museum will be open for its regular hours throughout the holiday season. The museum is always open Tuesday through Saturday, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, including Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Admission is free for Children 12 & Under, $1.00 for Youth 13-18, and $1.50 for Adults. Fort Caspar Museum is located at 4001 Fort Caspar Road.
A View From Center Street Exhibit:
The photographic exhibit “A View from Center Street” will be open, featuring Thomas Carrigen’s images of Casper and its residents from the 1920s through the 1950s. This exhibit is available for viewing through January 2012.

Trash Collection
Trash collection will not be interrupted by the holidays.
Trash will be collected on Monday, December 26th and Monday, January 2nd even though city offices will be closed.

Take your tree to a drop-off location available December 20th until January 31st. (multiple locations)
